Prices & Order

• All prices and transactions are in US dollars (US$) net.
• Prices are subject to be changed without prior notice.
• Prices are adjusted occasionally related to the overall actual costs.
• Customer can change the color of stone (will charge for additional cost).
• Customer also can change diameter and size of item (will charge for additional cost).

Payment

• By T/T or SWIFT transfer in two installments
• 50% Deposit upon receipt of the order
• The Balance to be paid in advance at the notification of the order completion immediately prior delivery.
• The production process will promptly start as soon as the deposit is received

Production Time

• Our production time takes approximately 2-3 weeks since the deposit reached our bank account.
• To prevent any error and to shorten the Bank transaction time, please fax or email us the bank transfer documents as soon as possible, so, we can trace your deposit from our side.
• We will somehow notify you for any shorter or longer production time for your most precise planning.

Shipping and Insurance

• Shipment are according to client's instructions: by air-cargo, by courier, or by air parcel post. Usually customer will provide us with their account in UPS/Fedex/DHL, or we can use our account and customer will charge for that
• Delivery is based on the time at which the order and the deposit are received. Normally, 2-3 weeks from the date of deposit arrival.
• We will notify the client of the order receipt as well as the approximate of completion and delivery
• Since prices are F.O.B. ex-factory, all charges for delivery and insurance are at client's responsibility

Cancellation

• In case of order cancellations, deposited payments are not refundable.

Return Policy

• We are not receive return product but we will fix and service all jewelry that has problem when you received with free. The shipment cost from customer to Bali is customer's responsibility and from Bali to Customer Place is our responsibility.
