Our products are made from 925 Sterling Silver and 18K solid yellow gold.

All pricing is consistently adjusted based on the dynamic global silver market to ensure fair and accurate rates.

Production time is approximately 2-3 weeks (depending on order quantity) after finalizing the down payment and confirming the order.

Items sold cannot be returned or exchanged.

The down payment (DP) is non-refundable. Once a project has been agreed upon or is in progress, it cannot be canceled, as both parties have already committed to start the project.

We only accept items for repair due to manufacturing defects or breakage within 2 years of purchase.

Repairs are free of charge, but shipping costs both ways and any duty taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

To file a complaint regarding missing, damaged, or incorrect items, you must provide a clear unboxing video taken from the moment the package is opened.

The unboxing video must be continuous (unedited) and clearly show the package’s condition, shipping label, and all items inside.

Without an unboxing video, we regret that we cannot process any claims regarding missing or incorrect items.
